Through the correct use of resources, FIBET Group applies a continuous improvement policy aimed at reducing and negating the Environmental impact in all areas from raw material supply, manufacturing processes and through to end of life recycling.
Fibet is committed to sustainable sourcing and the purchase of raw materials, subcomponents and any process related substances that do not come from global conflict zones. The same responsible behaviour is required throughout the supply chain.
Furthermore, the key to the success of FIBET Group are its people who operate with a collaborative spirit and teamwork; for this reason, the company knows how to enhance ideas, exploiting synergies and corporate know-how, in order to obtain excellent results and further strengthen corporate value. FIBET Group pays great attention to health and safety in the workplace and promotes the growth of each individual on a personal and professional level, essential characteristics for organizations that want to be competitive and, at the same time, responsible.

Commitments
FIBET Group has adopted a management system for the environment, health and safety to assure of a safe and healthy working environment that is, in compliance with all the legal requirements applicable to the processes on which FIBET Group can exercise control or influence.
The management system is designed to support the environmental and safety activities via continuous improvement favouring, where possible, the elimination of danger or in a subordinate way, the reduction of risk. In addition, the aim from an environmental point of view, is prevent pollution – thanks to the commitment, participation and awareness of the people who work throughout the business.

FIBET Group, in line with the significance of its environmental impacts and following the assessment of risks and opportunities, intends to commit to the following objectives for the environment and safety:

  • reduce the most significant environmental impacts and keep all impacts under control.
  • save the energy and natural resources used.
  • reduce the amount of waste produced and favour recyclable products.
  • reduction in the frequency and severity of accidents and prevention of occupational diseases.
  • reduce and maintain the risks to health and safety to acceptable levels.
  • improve ergonomics, through the use of best practices.
